What is the Worship & Music Ministry?
Worship is central to our life at Ashburn Presbyterian Church. We worship the Lord in our daily lives and we come together corporately as the body of Christ to worship every week.
True worship is a dynamic encounter with the Living God.
Everyone has different ways of expressing worship – choirs and praise team vocalists, organs and synthesizers, violins and guitars. Ashburn Presbyterian Church offers both a contemporary and a traditional style of worship. Invite your friends, neighbors and family to APC to experience:

MUSIC
The Music Ministry provides many opportunities for children and adults to use their voices and instruments to praise the Lord and lead worship! In 2 Chronicles 15:13, it says the trumpeters and singers joined in unison as with one voice, to give praise and thanks to the Lord. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, they raised their voices in praise to the Lord and sang: “He is good; his love endures forever!” Today, just as then, we come together to lead worship as with one voice, to give Him our praise and claim his awesome power and Lordship in our lives. We welcome all ages and provide opportunities for using both voice and instruments in the music ministry.
Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir provides music for Sunday morning worship services and for additional evening worship services throughout the year. It also provides opportunities for solos and small ensembles. This group is open to teenagers and adults. Auditions are not required – just a desire to use your gift to serve the Lord in the ministry of worship. The Sanctuary Choir is an integral part of Sunday morning worship during the 11:15 am service. The Sanctuary Choir is a family who loves to sing, fellowship together and who also cares and supports one another. Rehearsals are Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:30 pm in the sanctuary.
