SHARE YOUR PHOTOS

Please share digital photos you take of APC activities and events.  We want to have a complete visual history of all the many good things that are done for and by our Church members.  We are keeping a digital photo archive on DVDs for use by members.  These photos are used for periodic slide shows of what is happening and for creating the informative scrapbook pages on bulletin board displays and in the scrapbooks in the Welcome Center.

The following guidelines should be observed:

• Submit only photos of events occurring since January 1, 2009.
• Submit photos with a resolution of 3 Megapixels or better (most cell phone cameras will not qualify).  Most digital cameras will provide this minimum resolution.
• In the body of the email, identify the activity or event and its date, and the name of the photographer with telephone number or email address.
• Limit each email to no more than 10 MB of data to ensure transmission through internet.
• Submission of photos is implied consent for Ashburn Presbyterian Church to use the photos for non-commercial purposes in internal media of various forms.  APC media production may require photos to be cropped and image enhanced.  The use or inclusion of photos in media productions of APC is at the discretion of media producers.
